Situated in an exclusive part of Chelsea, close to King’s Road and Fulham Road, ADOVA was commissioned to serve as the architect, structural engineer and interior designer for the complete redesign of a luxurious apartment located in a grand townhouse in one of Chelsea’s most prestigious residential areas. This project involved major structural alterations to transform the space into a sophisticated, modern home while preserving the property’s original period charm.

ADOVA provided a seamless solution, ensuring that the structural modifications opened up the living areas, enhancing natural light and creating a more functional flow throughout. High ceilings, large period windows, and intricate detailing were retained and complemented by bespoke contemporary finishes, resulting in a refined and elegant living environment.

The reimagined layout introduced custom cabinetry, high-end fixtures, and carefully selected materials to maximise both practicality and luxury. The kitchen and bathrooms were redesigned to reflect the highest standards of modern living, blending contemporary design with timeless elegance.
