ADOVA was commissioned to undertake the complete refurbishment of a two-bedroom maisonette, located within a prestigious period conversion in the heart of Mayfair, W1. This vibrant and historically rich area is known for its charming blend of period architecture, boutique shops, and renowned dining establishments. The project focused on creating a luxurious open-plan living, kitchen, and dining space within the mansard roof, delivering a refined yet functional living environment.

Appointed as the architect, structural engineer, interior designer, and contractor, ADOVA provided a turnkey solution, ensuring a seamless transformation. The design maximised the unique character of the property, integrating bespoke cabinetry, high-end finishes, and integrated appliances to create a sophisticated, modern space. Large windows flood the room with natural light, enhancing the open-plan layout and offering a sense of space and airiness.
